Private Yoga sessions
Offering 1-on-1 guided yoga flows. Move mindfully and connect with your body intentionally. Invite low impact movement, connect with your breath, and enhance your mobility.
Group Training
Working out with a friend can spark motivation. Hold each other accountable as you feed off of each others energy in a 2-on-1 or small group session.
